We are excited to announce our plans for the upcoming FIRA Canada Robotics Competition, which will take place on Saturday, March 15, and Sunday, March 16, 2025. Here’s a detailed overview of our travel itinerary and arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Itinerary Overview:

1- Friday, March 14:

• Departure from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
• Arrival in Toronto, Ontario.
• Transfer to the hotel near the competition venue in Markham. We are finalizing between Hilton Hotel and Pan Pacific Hotel, both of which offer excellent accommodations close to the venue.
• Dinner arrangements on this day will be confirmed closer to the date, depending on arrival times.

2- Saturday, March 15 – Sunday, March 16:

• Competition Days: FIRA Canada Robotics Competition.
• Breakfast: Served at the hotel.
• Lunch and Dinner: Provided at the competition venue.
• Evening: Return to the hotel for rest and team discussions.

3- Monday, March 17:

• Departure from the hotel.
• Return flight from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
• Arrival back in Vancouver.

Additional information

• Accommodation: We are prioritizing hotels that offer comfort, proximity to the competition, and amenities like breakfast to ensure a seamless experience for participants. Final hotel selection will be shared shortly.
• Transportation: Upon arrival in Toronto, we will travel by car to the competition venue in Markham and back to the hotel as needed.
• Meals: Breakfast will be included at the hotel, while lunch and dinner will be arranged at the competition venue.
• Team Coordination: All participants and families will meet at Vancouver International Airport on Friday, March 14, for a group departure.
